The Breast Separation Slider is custom content for The Sims 4 that changes how the default breast size slider behaves. Instead of simply scaling size, it adjusts breast separation as seen from the front, while the side view can still control overall size.
This slider has been refined over several updates to stay compatible with the latest game patches, using a deformer map morph for smoother, more stable results without the disappearing effect found in earlier bone-based versions. It currently works on female sims in the female frame as well as male sims placed in the female frame, though it does not apply to either sex within the male frame.
This slider is ideal for players who like fine-tuning Sim body shapes with custom morphs and want more variety beyond the default sliders. Since it's fully base game compatible, no additional packs are needed to use it.
