This custom content slider pushes the Heavy/Lean and Fit/Bony physique sliders in Create-A-Sim far past their normal limits, letting you sculpt dramatically heavier, leaner, more muscular or bonier sims than the base game allows.
Three versions are offered, each multiplying the original EA slider range by a different amount, so you can choose how extreme you want the body shapes to get. The sliders sit in the usual spot in CAS, visible when you click on a sim while zoomed out, and apply to every age group except children, who don't have a Fit/Bony option.
Because of how the game handles saved body data, you'll need to swap a clothing item in CAS after adjusting the sliders and pair this mod with a separate script mod that stops physiques from reverting, otherwise the extreme shapes won't persist between sessions.
