Magical Study Spot is a lot trait for The Sims 4 that lets you bring a touch of the Magic Realm to any community lot outside of Magic HQ. Whether it's a library in Windenburg or a spellcaster high school in Copperdale, this trait opens up magical interactions wherever you choose to place it.
Once applied, the three Magic Sages will appear on the lot and behave just as they do in the Magic Realm, offering their usual teaching interactions. Spellcasters can search bookcases for tomes and familiars, while inactive spellcaster visitors will autonomously practice magic, experiment with cauldrons, and even duel each other. An alternate Lot Challenge version is also included for players who prefer that format.
