The Toyota Land Cruiser V8 is one of the most recognisable full-size off-roaders on the road, and this 2017 version brings its boxy stance and upright cabin into GTA 5. It is installed as an add-on, so it takes its own slot in the game and none of the original vehicles are replaced.
Eight tuning parts are included, split between four front bumpers and four rear bumpers, so the Land Cruiser can be built as a clean factory-look family SUV or given a tougher front end. An extra part and a changed rim set round out the customisation, while the dirt map keeps the body looking believable after a trip off the tarmac.
Detail work goes beyond the exterior. The body and interior are high quality models, the gauges and dash lights are animated, the mirrors reflect properly, the glass breaks, and every light including the extra light is functional. The player also sits in the correct driving position, so the SUV feels finished from behind the wheel as well as in photo mode.
