A set of optional add-on files expands the feature further: one extends the short "UUURRRRPPP!" moodlet from one hour to five, giving more time to catch the moment, while others allow repeated vomiting, generate a puddle effect, always display the action, or connect it to the Over-Nectared moodlets from Horse Ranch.

It's aimed at players who enjoy adding small, humorous gameplay details and more control over Sim reactions, especially fans of realistic or comedic illness and pregnancy interactions.
