This tuning override targets the "Scream Incoherently" social interaction that Sims trigger automatically when frightened. Instead of letting that panic spread from Sim to Sim, the interaction is removed entirely.

In normal gameplay, a scared Sim screaming at another can make that Sim scared too, starting a chain reaction that quickly spirals the whole household into panic. This mod stops that loop by disabling the autonomous scream action altogether.
