The E36 generation M3 is one of the most recognisable nineties sports coupes, and this 1997 version captures the shape that made it a classic. Slim headlights, a low nose and the compact three-box body give it a very different character from the modern cars around it, which makes it a great pick for street racing or a retro-themed garage.
Both a stock look and a widebody kit are included, so the same car can be driven as a period-correct original or as an aggressive wide-arched build. The exterior and interior are modelled in high quality, the dials work, the glass tints are functional, and the lights and windows break the way they should when things go wrong.
Painters get a template and a set of liveries to work with, and the mirror reflections, dirt map and hands on the steering wheel round out the details. The car joins the game as a new Add-On vehicle rather than replacing an existing one, and it spawns under the name m3e36.
