Autonomous First Kiss is a small gameplay tweak for The Sims 4 that gives NPC sims a chance to initiate their own first kiss without player input. Instead of waiting for you to trigger the moment, sims can now share this milestone on their own when the circumstances feel right.
Whether the interaction happens depends on each sim's current mood, personality traits, relationship level and the type of conversation they're having. Romantic or Family-Oriented sims are more likely to go for it, while Loners or sims with Commitment Issues are far less inclined to make the first move.
This tweak is aimed at players who enjoy more lifelike, self-driven sim behavior and want relationships to develop a bit more naturally in the background. It works straight out of the box with the base game and has been kept updated across many patches to stay functional.
