It supports the Cooking and Gourmet Cooking skills, with optional add-ons for grilling and quick meals, plus a special Family Recipe menu built from custom interactions.

It's designed for Sims 4 players who own multiple packs and want an organized, standalone cooking interface without altering any existing game menus or recipes.
