This build mode addition reworks the meshes of in-game balconies so they finally function the way players have long wanted. Instead of floors clipping awkwardly through the balcony sides when placed over tiles, these adjusted versions fit cleanly, making balconies usable spaces for Sims to stand on.
The adjustment applies to the standard 2×1 tile size, with the Curved Iron Balcony specifically adapted to fit a 1×1 tile. Two installation options are offered: an override version that replaces the original balcony objects, and a standalone version that keeps the originals intact while adding the adjusted ones separately. Merged files are also available, combining everything into a single download for convenience.
This is ideal for Builders who enjoy detailed, functional lot design and want balconies that double as walkable outdoor space rather than purely decorative features. The pack requires three Game Packs, so Builders should check their content before downloading.
