The Pickup Header Pack brings pickup headers to Farming Simulator 22 for combining crops that were swathed first. A pickup header collects the windrows of canola, barley, oats or wheat, a method still used in parts of the world because the cut crop dries faster and shatter losses are lower. Working width is 4.5 m, working speed 10 kph and the price is 32,500 $.
Brand presets cover most base-game and popular mod combines: newer Case IH machines and the Case IH 2388, newer New Holland combines and the TR 6 to 9 series, John Deere S-Series (S700 and S790), STS70, T-Series with STS50/60, X9, 9600 and 7700 New Generation, green and yellow Claas, the AGCO Ideal and Massey Ferguson. Three further shields — CNH, OEM and Metal — can be fully customized with different attachers, decals and part colors, and the crop catcher can match the frame color or be black.
Keep in mind that the header only works on a map prepared for swathing, such as Edgewater Saskatchewan — without swaths on the field there is nothing to pick up.
