Experienced Sims is a core script mod that changes how new sims are generated in The Sims 4. Instead of starting with a blank skill panel, every sim created through CAS, as a townie, or as part of a premade household arrives with a lived-in skill profile shaped by their personality.
The mod builds each sim's skills in layers: basic vital skills everyone has a little of, common and niche skills sampled with varying likelihood, secondary peaks representing side interests, and one signature skill tied closely to the sim's traits and aspiration. A synergy system ensures related skills rise together, while trait suppression keeps personality-conflicting skills less likely to stand out. Small 'dabble trace' skills round things out, mimicking hobbies a sim tried once and never continued.
It's suited for players who want their sims, townies, and NPC population to feel more like real, developed people rather than blank slates, without losing any skills their sims already have.
