The Procyon Centauri 2022 brings a full-size luxury SUV to BeamNG.drive. Procyon is the luxury subsidiary of Hirochi, established in 1988, and the Centauri is its current flagship, now in its second generation after a 2011 debut. It is designed to hold its own against other premium and practical SUVs.
The mod ships with 20 configurations spread across the U-Series, X-Series, S-Series and L-Series trim lines. Under the hood you can choose between a 3.3L twin-turbocharged diesel V6, a 3.5L twin-turbocharged V6 and a 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8, giving the SUV a broad spread of characters from economical cruiser to powerful flagship.
Visual detail is a strong point: the model is high quality with careful craftsmanship, seven types of custom wheels and several interior color options round out the package, and the cabin itself is well finished. The latest update fixes an error in the new on-screen font implementation.
