The John Deere 8R Pack adds three large tractors to Farming Simulator 25: the 8R 2019, the 8R 2022 and the 8RX. Together they cover a power range of 290 to 458 hp, with prices of $259,000, $312,500 and $458,000.
The 8R 2019 comes with 8245R, 8295R, 8345R and 8400R engines, delivering 290–450 hp and a top speed of 50 kph, plus wheel type and fender options. The 8R 2022 offers five engines from the 8R 280 to the 8R 410 (326–458 hp, 50 kph), EU and US versions, wheel types, fenders and a front hitch. The 8RX uses 8RX 310 to 8RX 410 engines with the same 326–458 hp range, a 40 kph top speed, EU, EU 3M and US versions, fenders and a front hitch.
Animations are divided into groups covering the left door, rear window, steering wheel, driver’s and passenger seats, console, armrest monitor, mirrors and hood. On the 8R 2019 every animation is mouse-controlled, and its groups also include the front axle suspension and warning signs. Simple animations without groups can be chosen instead. All three tractors also have player skin animations for folding the passenger seat, adjusting the steering wheel and using the armrest console.
Recent updates added Interactive Control, a sound for opening and closing the hood, and the ability to sit in the passenger seat in multiplayer. They also fixed player skin mesh deformation when adjusting the steering wheel and a steering bar that disappeared with the fenders on the 8RX.
