The John Deere 7J and 7030 Series brings power and technology to the field in Farming Simulator 25. From the cabin down to the tires these machines were shaped around highly productive work, and the controls feel immediately readable once you climb in.
Twelve models are covered, running from the 7195j through the chiptuned 7230j and on to the 7630, 7730, 7830, 7930 and chiptuned 7930. Power spans 175 hp to 265 hp, top speed is 45 km/h and the base price is $164,000 in the medium tractor category.
Configuration is where the pack really opens up. Five tire brands are on offer with thin, balloon and double setups, including crop-friendly rear doubles and a sugarcane axle, alongside six front weight choices, optional rear hydraulics, a sugarcane bumper and a hitch for a loader shovel. Star Fire 6000 and 7000 monitors can be fitted and folded away, with the driver releasing the wheel once GPS is active.
Detail work continues inside and out with a passenger seat, PX radio, thermos, toolbox and chain, four window tint shades, extra cabin and lower headlights, turn signals, a reflective triangle and a beacon. Door, window, steering column, sun visor, mirrors and seat are all animated, and opening a door or window raises the sound level inside the cabin for extra immersion.
