For BeamNG.drive 0.40.x

Hirochi Expansion adds extra content to the existing Hirochi cars, starting with the Sunburst. It brings UK export versions and original right-hand-drive Japanese models that the base game does not include.

The EU configurations get proper lights, and non-USDM lights are added as well, for a total of 53 configurations. The UK market versions need the European License Plates Compilation, and a few triggers are still missing on the RHD version.
