Crude Oil Production adds a complete petroleum chain to Farming Simulator 25, from the first barrel out of the ground to the finished pallet on its way to a buyer. You extract the crude, refine it into fuels and lubricants, and sell whatever you do not use on the farm yourself.
Two extraction routes are on offer. The $100,000 oil well pump works with empty barrels and hands you crude oil on pallets that you haul to a refinery. The $200,000 big oil pump needs no barrels at all — only fuel and water to power and cool the pumps — and its crude is collected with a tanker or one of the smaller barrels included in the pack.
Refining happens at the $70,000 small refinery or the $150,000 medium one, and the product list is long: diesel fuel, gasoline, LPG gas, engine oil, kerosene, paraffin and bearing grease. Fuel, gasoline and LPG can be moved in tankers, sold at a purchase point, or used to refuel your own machines.
Selling is just as flexible. The $4,000 stall pays a better price for smaller amounts, while the $40,000 sales point and the $10,000 crude oil purchase point handle large volumes. Transport gear ranges from the $5,850 Abi 550 with 2,080 liters up to the $90,000 Lizard MKS 32 with 32,000 liters, and an $80,000 oil pump power generator quietly brings in $320 an hour on its own.
