The Capsule 2021 is a unique capsule-style double-decker bus for BeamNG.drive, offering a massive selection of 56 configurations and both left-hand drive and right-hand drive layouts.
The bus features a color-coded route display, digital gauges, and interior lighting. Passenger doors, wheelchair ramps, and the engine bay door can be opened using keyboard controls or triggers, while the latest update also makes the passenger doors detachable.
The standard configuration represents the regular 14-meter version, measuring 2.52 meters wide and 4.45 meters high. The Low Roof version reduces the height to 4.15 meters, making it suitable for routes with height restrictions. The Panorama configuration features an open-top design intended for sightseeing.
For more unusual driving experiences, the Drift configuration includes a tuned engine, racing turbocharger, modified steering ratio, single rear tires, and a welded differential. The Energy Flow is a dedicated racing setup with a tuned engine, racing turbocharger, quick-ratio steering, and racing tires.
The extreme acceleration configuration is equipped with a liquid-fueled JATO system capable of reaching a claimed top speed of 710 km/h (441 mph).
Version 4.0.5.0 also includes corrected UV mapping for certain textures and optimized ESC and TCS behavior during high-speed cornering where possible.
