Better Flares replaces the light flares of Euro Truck Simulator 2 with reworked versions. Headlights get realistic beam patterns in six colours, and the system supports up to fifty modded trucks.

Two add-ons extend the mod. The Traffic add-on modifies the default AI traffic with nine headlight colour variants and two red brake signal styles, and the City Lights add-on dims the street lamps and brings new street light flare textures.

Version 4.8 reworks the headlight beam patterns, makes most flares slightly smaller and improves compatibility with Sound Fixes Pack. Note that the Traffic add-on now needs Sound Fixes Pack installed, or traffic will not spawn.
