Features:

  • Click the catalogue stack and choose 'Purchase Upgrade Parts' to buy parts without computer access
  • Works off-the-grid
  • Two versions: one delivers items instantly to inventory, the other sends them by mail after a day or two
  • Only one version can be installed at a time since the files conflict
  • Base game compatible, no expansion packs required
  • Priced at §250 in Build/Buy
  • Original release includes 9 swatches: 3 Heavy Sepia, 3 Light Sepia, 3 Black & White
  • Update adds 6 more swatches with varied saturation levels, bringing the total to 15
  • Can now purchase upgrade parts in bulk, including robot salvage parts
  • Does not conflict with mods that re-categorize upgrade parts
  • Find it in Build/Buy by searching 'Vintage' or 'Naunakht'

This custom object brings a stack of vintage catalogues to Build/Buy, letting Sims shop for upgrade parts without needing a computer. It fits neatly into rural or off-the-grid builds where modern technology is unavailable.

Players can choose between two versions: one that adds purchased parts directly to the Sim's inventory, and another that simulates realistic mail delivery, arriving after a short wait. Both are base game compatible and priced at §250, with multiple sepia and black-and-white swatches to match historical or western-themed decor.

An update improved the item's functionality by using a single in-game tag to populate the purchase menu, enabling bulk buying of upgrade parts and access to robot salvage components. Six additional swatches were also added for more customization.

This object suits Sims 4 players building vintage, Victorian, or Old West style homes who want functional yet period-appropriate ways to access upgrade parts.
