The Roadrunner+ is a semi truck for Farming Simulator 22 that focuses on driving feel, sound and detail. Three engines are available — 581 kW / 790 hp, 699 kW / 950 hp and a hybrid-assisted 950 hp diesel that delivers an unreal 1,324 kW / 1,800 hp — each paired with either a manual or a Powershift 18-speed transmission (nine gears plus high and low range). The HHH Hybrid Heavy Hauler configuration adds much stronger engine braking, and the truck tops out at 160 km/h.
Four-wheel steering comes as standard for a tighter turning circle and better stability, and can be switched to front-only. Lighting is a highlight: adaptive headlights turn with the steering, high-beam spot lights and rear work lights are powerful, and every light casts shadows by default (switchable off in the shop if performance suffers). Inside you get working gauges and dash lights, power windows, animated gear shifter and clutch, a hand-to-hand steering animation and an adjustable cab camera, with two extra external cameras for checking rear attachers and the trailer hitch.
Options include multiple fenders and colors, big or small beacons, exhaust pipes with flappers, a bull bar, an adjustable fifth wheel, rear pin and ball hitches with PTO output and a front three-point linkage with PTO. Working connection hoses hook up to trailers, and the exhaust smoke can be recolored in a whole rainbow of shades or national colors. Tires come from Continental, BKT, Trelleborg, Michelin, Nokian and Lizard; the Nokian and Trelleborg narrow twin wheels are care wheels that leave crops undamaged. The Roadrunner+ costs 142,000 $ and seats three passengers.
