This upgrade improves the current Scania SmartDash with a focus on realism, though some parts are only semi-realistic because of game limits. It adds a Vehicle information page with the odometer and a page showing time until rest, trip time and remaining navigation time.
Speed limit and cruise control values are bigger and easier to read, the speed limit shows on all pages, and there are new icons for lift axles and the engine brake, a cruise control tolerance value and a 120 km/h mark. The navigation screen gets a new home page with ETA and next rest time, a working compass and the small clock back in the corner.
Overspeed warnings and sounds are not possible, and the speedometer reaches the 120 km/h mark at 110 km/h due to a game limitation. It is still a work in progress, has the optional tag for convoy and is tested for 1.61.
