The Functional Bread Basket is a custom object for The Sims 4 that lets your Sims enjoy an endless supply of baked goods wherever they are. Styled after a classic picnic basket, it works much like the in-game cooler but focuses entirely on bread instead of cereal or yogurt.
The main file comes packed with base game breads like pan de muerto and challah, plus the full lineup from Get to Work, including sourdough, croissants, and breadsticks. A gluten-free option is also included for variety. Separate add-on files expand the menu further if you own Cottage Living, Get Together, Horse Ranch, or Adventure Awaits, each unlocking a unique bread type tied to that expansion.
Hungry NPCs will approach the basket on their own to grab a snack, though played Sims need to interact with it manually. The basket itself is affordable at §100 and comes in four swatches, easily found in Build/Buy by searching for bread or the creator's name.
