The Eifel-Ardennes Ring is a fictional racetrack that links a motorway with country roads. It sits in the hilly countryside of the German Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes, the regions that are home to the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps.
Version 2.0 adds a new 16.1 km layout that combines the earlier 7.8 km circuit with new sections, while the original track stays available as Lake Loop. There are 36 pit and grid spots, and section names can be seen on the track map or with the Track Description app.
The layout was designed over many years to offer every kind of driving challenge without filler sections. Custom Shaders Patch is not required but adds 3D grass and lake reflections, and more visual upgrades are planned once the layout is final.
