The BMW X5 E53 was unveiled at the 1999 Detroit Auto Show as the first BMW with four-wheel drive and the letter X. It was based on the 5 Series E39 but is shorter, taller and wider, and shares many components with the Range Rover L322, including the hill descent and off-road systems.
This 4.8is version for City Car Driving has permanent all-wheel drive, a six-speed automatic, 360 horsepower and a top speed of 246 km/h. The engine sound comes from the newer X5 G05 eight-cylinder, and passenger transportation is available.
Twelve extras are included: stock look, Style 214 wheels, gray rims, a worn (beaten) variant, full or rear-only tinting, Opera style, brown, beige or white interior, and Vossen wheels with or without lowering. The update by Statte adds compatibility with the current game, restored extras and refreshed physics.
