By creating an account or using CrashMods you accept these terms. Please read them carefully — they define what you can and cannot do on the site.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for every action taken under your account. One person, one account. Accounts found to be shared, resold or used to evade bans may be suspended without notice.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, pirated content, leaked paid mods or anything you do not have the right to distribute.
- Do not harass other users, send unsolicited promotions, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its APIs.
3. Your content
You keep the copyright on everything you upload. By uploading, you grant CrashMods a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your content to site visitors so they can use your mod. You can revoke this licence by deleting the mod — it will be removed from the live site.
4. Downloads and usage
Mods are provided “as is”, with no warranty. Install at your own risk — always back up your game before loading third-party content.
5. Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, the billing terms of the selected plan apply. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Moderation
We may remove content, suspend accounts or refuse service at our discretion — especially when the rules above are broken, when a DMCA request is received, or when an account is used to harm the community.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
