Real Climate System is a weather logic overhaul that replaces the game's single global rain model with distinct, realistic climate behavior for every region and DLC state.
It uses NOAA historical precipitation data and Köppen climate classification to give each area its own rain frequency, wetting and drying patterns, temperature range, and sky conditions, all without touching any visual assets.
This is aimed at players who want more believable regional weather variation while keeping their existing graphics and sound mods intact.
